Turnaround time is approximately 7 to 10 working days in the laboratory depending on the type of restoration. We usually quote 10 days in the lab for convenient patient scheduling (travel time not included).

Please choose from one of the following forms of payment prior to the completion of your first case:
 
  Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  Pre-payment (check enclosed with case)
  Monthly Billing based on approved credit
  C.O.D. (C.O.D. charges may apply)

All dental appliances are custom made and unfortunately cannot be refunded. However, a credit will be issued and applied to your account for any cases with problems pertaining to our laboratory work. The original case must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. Cases returned after 30 days can be redone at no charge.

We gaurantee all of our work for 5 years of clinical use, except for the following:

  Immediate partials, dentures, and acrylic partials
  Orthodontic appliances
 Temporaries
  Doctor's design modification of appliance, adjusting, altering or change of material
 Cases completed after notification to the doctor of poor impression or model
