Continental Dental Labs FAQs

Answering the questions that matter most.
  • What is your dental lab's turnaround time?

     

    Approximately 7-10 days in the lab for most restorations. For most adjustments, relines, and repairs it only takes about a day or two. We’d be more than happy to speed-up any cases, just let us know or call us in advance as certain limitations or fees may apply.

  • How can I start using your dental lab?

    Just call us at 1-800-443-804 and we can schedule your case for same-day or next day pickup. It’s easy, we’ll fax or email your office a FedEx label and shipping instructions to send out your case (or download from our website). For more information like our catalog, supplies, etc. just ask any one of representatives or email us under the Contact Us portion of this website.

  • What forms of payment do you take?

    Prepayment, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, C.O.D, and monthly billing.

  • What is your remake and/or credit policy?

    All dental appliances are custom-made and unfortunately cannot be refunded. However, a credit will be issued and applied to your account for any cases with problems pertaining to our laboratory work. To receive credit for a case, the original case must be returned along with the models within 30 days from the invoice date. Cases returned after 30 days can be redone at no charge. Any remakes pertaining to our work are done free of charge, the case must include the original restoration along with the model.

  • What is your warranty of work?

     

    We guarantee all of our work for five years of clinical use, except for: immediate partials, dentures, orthodontic appliances, temporaries, doctor’s design modification, shade change, change of material, re-prepping of the tooth or new impression, or notification to the doctor of poor impression or model, gold plated appliances, or where other limitations and restrictions may apply.

     

  • Do you outsource to China?

     

    No. We use the finest materials that are purchased domestically from reputable manufacturers like 3M, Dentsply, Patterson, Vident, Nobel Biocare, Ivoclar Vivadent, Henry Schein, and many more. Our laboratory is registered with the FDA and is also part of the NADL (National Association of Dental Laboratories).
